Physical activity contributes to a good sperm quality

The study indicates men with a healthy lifestyle and who make exercise regularly for 15 hours a week ( 2 hours a day) have a 73% more spermatozoa than who make exercise just 5 hours a week.

In addition, they found that men with a sedentary lifestyle who watch TV more than 3 hours, have a lower sperm count, with 44% less spermatozoa.
